My name is Patricia Yagüe and I live in New York City where I work as a fashion stylist.
I was born and raised in Madrid although I started to travel at age 17. I've lived in Dublin, Rome and now NY.
I love the fact that fashion is such a powerful tool, something that people denies as such but religions, politics and wars all have their own uniforms, their own colors, and that's the first thing we learn to distinguish, even before knowing their beliefs.

I couldn't agree with you more. I think it is totally and completely misunderstood! Great quote :)
I think that's a fantastic quote! People just buy random things without understanding the message they're giving the world or the quality of the clothing. Also, for some reason a lot of people refuse to think of fashion as an art form which doesn't make any sense to me.
