Unfortunately I don't check my iqons* profile too often; i guess the navigation of this site is not easy and i get lazy about it. I say unfortunately because when i do, i might admit that nice surprises use to await for me.Yesterday, one of those rare days of checking, i got in my bulletin an invitation for the launch party of the first printed edition of Stimulus Respond, a made in England online publication.

The event will take place in September 24th at The Studio, in London, there will be DJs, music and other stimulation for your enjoyment! - what kind of " other stimulation", i wonder, but i wish i live in London.Soon-to-be just printed magazine, will be available at news stands and by subscription only, although the website will still feature some selected material.
In their last online issue, available here, interviews to all's favourite Sandra Backlund, Swiss couple and designers Damn Romance, (to keep an eye on), or Italian artist Vanessa Beecroft, among with articles, poetry and all kind of journalist eye candy.

wow.. i knew about them before, but to tell the truth, i dismissed them because i didn't like the logo. (i'm so weird... )
but there are so many gems in this magazine! i hope they do well. and sad to see they aren't continuing online publications. because i'm getting a strong feeling that's where the future of fashion is heading.
It is very interesting your point about the future of fashion in online magazines..
As an online magazine 'runner' (of Milkshake Chocolate) the future seems quite different.
Many fashion companies, photographers and designers don't work with online publications and you have the feeling that only printed magazines are the ones that get some respect from the public and industry. That is why online publications change medium as soon as they can.
Running an online magazine you get the feeling that you are running a zine basically, something very few people will take in consideration and care about...
So i really hope that you are right, for the good of some!
I find the navigation of Iqons to be extremely annoying and I don't use it as much as I would otherwise. They need to do something about that!
